Through the cooperative the members have been able to access agronomic training and access to higher quality control systems, combined with hand picking, careful sorting and processing, this coffee from the Nyampinga coop is some of the highest quality coffee coming out of Rwanda to date.
We heard from many customers that they wanted a darker roast, so I set out to find a coffee that I felt would be exceptional for a darker roast, and would lend itself well to both espresso and filter, this is that coffee!
