We were lucky enough to have V&G San Juanillo’s previous harvest of their H1 varietal, it was a red honey processed coffee and the reception was amazing! V&G consistently blow our minds with their amazing coffee, and this year we could not resist this H1 White Honey processed coffee, the first white honey processed coffee we have ever had. Sharing qualities of both washed coffee, and naturally processed coffee this white honey is sure to surprise, and delight your senses.
V&G San Juanillo was started by Tomas Gutierrez, an agronomist, and Allan Vargas, and engineer. Working together they have created our favourite farm, they consistently produce delicious coffees and they are always experimenting, innovating, and pushing the boundaries of coffee. They focus mainly on growing new hybrid varietals which have been developed by CiCafe, the Coffee Research Institute of Costa Rica. Their farm is bee friendly, as a bonus!
